The knit and weave samples showcased have all been inspired by research and exploration of System Art.
Investigation of the words, sounds and colours associated with emotions, underpinned the development of colour
pairings for each pair of emotions, such as hot and cold; old and young; good and bad. The colour system was then
rigorously applied to inform the colour schemes of the varied knit and weave designs developed and shown within.
